Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Credit Card Security

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a standard manufacturers guarantee. Please note that that the guarantee of any items are strictly that of the manufacturer. Knickers2you.co.uk will replace/refund in the case of manufacturer faults but cannot be held liable in any way for personal loss or injury. By purchasing any of these items, you agree to these terms.
Some fabrics will differ depending on lighting conditions, resulting in apparent colour variations shown online. Therefore, colours depicted should be used only as a guide.
In order to adapt to customer feedback we reserve the right to amend and improve product specifications and lingerie fabrics and trims.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on The Checkout Button and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept debit and credit card payments, from the UK only.
All orders should be made payable to Knickers2You Limited, in pounds (£) sterling. Many of our customers find credit cards the most efficient and fastest form of payment. We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, SWITCH AND SOLO).
There may be delays in despatching your purchase if your submitted details are not fully supported by your issuing bank. Please ensure that you use the postcode as given to your bank and also the 3 digit security code on the reverse of the card.

Returns Policy
Orders may be cancelled in writing within 7 days of receipt, goods must be returned within 30 days. Please retain proof of posting.
Please note when returning goods postage will not be refunded.
Goods returned for exchange or credit note must in all respects be in the condition you received them. This offer applies for three months from the date of purchase and is in addition to your statutory rights. If posting goods, please keep proof of posting.
For reasons of hygiene, knickers cannot be returned unless the product(s) is/are faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.
